Census for 1830, then moved to Benton County when it was formed in 1832. This is where Stephen and Eliza/Elizabeth Gidley met. The Glovers were in Benton Co AL in the 1840 census. Elizabeth/Eliza was evedently the eldest daughter of James Gidley & his wife Elizabeth Coleman. After Stephen Glover's father died, between 1850 & 1860, Stephen and his family returned to Blount Co. This Glover family eventually ended up in Colbert Co.
