Gidley - Sydney Convict Gangs 1821

I recently saw a reference to Gidley, George 3126 and Gidley, William 3125 being among the Australian convict gangs who were "issued with rations in Sydney on Saturday September 8, 1821".

Does anyone have any information on who they were?
