Charles N. Hobbs b. 1807-8 NC married in Monroe Co., GA
Rebecca Ann Tomlinson, then, they moved in the early 1830's to Randolph/Talladega/Clay Co., Ala. (Lots of kids, 3 sons fought for Conferacy. Charles father was George Joseph Hobbs.

I am a direct descendant of their youngest son James McDaniel Hobbs m. Mary Elizabeth Ray and went to Texas.
