Thank you so much for your reply concerning the Catoosa County marriage. W. W. Giddens to Harriett Moreland on 03-12-1883. This is Isaac's Son, my husband's Grandparents. Only one glich, we were told his son was William Trion Giddens and this middle initial as W. Does the Catoosa Co. Marriage book give any information other than the name of the Bride & Groom? Is this book located in Ringold, Ga?? I'm wondering now if Isaac has another name. He supposedly died in Ringold, Ga. about 1849. I'm told William had a sister Mary Abigail Giddens b. 04-16-1847 in Ringold and a brother Randolph and sister Pricilla. Are any of these people listed in your book?
I am also looking for Harriet Moreland's parents and family.
