Debbie,
There a letter on Linda Preece web site that Louise Preece wrote. In the letter she talks about Mary Elizabeth Giddens being part Cherokee. Also she has a letter written by Franklin Pierce Preece s/o of William Martin and Elizabeth Preece. My husband Preece line is from William Martin son Richard L. Preece b1833, which one are you from?
