James Winfed Gibson is my husbands grandfather. I have found what I believe to be his line, thru the census, but it needs some more documentation. Thank you for posting his birthdate, all I had was a 'possible' 1874, in either KY, TX, SC, GA from the 1900-1930 Liberty co. census. After much figuring, I came to the conclusion he must have been born in KY, and one or other parent in Ky, one in SC. From that is what I have went on with the census.
