Hawkins & Mattie Gibbs - Sumpter Co., Alabama

I am looking for information about Hawkins T. Gibbs and his wife Mattie, who were in Sumpter Co., Alabama in the 1880, 1900, 1910 and 1920 censuses. They were apparently married about 1880 in Alabama. Hawkins was born in Alabama (probably Sumpter Co.) in 1849, son of Jesse A. and Elizabeth Gibbs. I believe that Mattie may be the dau. of Samuel Bernard Major Harwood (my relative), as Robert E. Harwood (son of S. B. M. Harwood) was living with Hawkins and Mattie Gibbs in 1910 and is identified as "brother-in-law." Mattie was born in Alabama in 1867.
