Looking through my records on Patrick, I have a copy of his deposition from 1820 and it doesn't show a Thomas as a son. It does show Charles b.1808, and Henry b.1811(my ggggrandfather). I personally feel that with the age difference between Patrick and his wife Margaret that Patrick may have been married before. There's approximately a 30 year swing between their ages. Could the Thomas you search for be from a previous marriage? There's very little about Patrick's life in Pennsylvania other than his war service during the Revolutionary War. I wish I had more but I don't.
