Looking for any information on Catherine Gibeny who possibly married Peter McCormick in Ireland and came to Carthage, Jefferson Co., NY in abt. 1848 with at least two sons; James and John Andrew McCormick.
Only have one reference to her so spelling could be any variation. Also have a reference to her as Margaret Gurney. Could be Margaret Gibeny?
Would very much appreciate a lead on her, she is my maternal GG Grandmother.
