My g-g-g-g-g-g-g grandfather arrived in South Carolina, USA, from possible, Kent County, England. He had his name spelled several ways. His Name Was Michael Gibbons/Gibbon/Gibbin/Gibbins although he was known as the Schoolmaster, we should have had the correct spelling. All we have is a will dated 17 Mar 1748/9 that was written by Michael Gibbons/Gibbins. Can you help? His wife was Mary.
