Edward GIBBENS & Jane had the following children all christened in Altrincham, Cheshire, England. They were Wesleyan Methodists:
Elizabeth GIBBONS Christened: May 1796
Marriah GIBBENS Christened: 10 Aug 1798
Sarah GIBBINS Christened: 27 Dec 1800 (did she die young or are there two entries for her christening?)
Sarah GIBBENS Christened: 25 Jan 1801
Abraham GIBBON Christened: 13 Mar 1803 gr x 2 grandfather
Abraham GIBBON married Jane GIBBON on 21 or 31 Aug 1822 Bowdon, Cheshire, England
Daughter Hannah GIBBON Christened 19 Nov 1823 married John PEARSON on 22 Oct 1843 at Manchester Cathedral, Lancashire.
From what I can gather Abraham died young and Jane remarried a man called Adam Shaw in 1828, with whom she had two more children, Ann christened on 25 Dec 1833 and Mary SHAW Christened on 7 Feb 1836
