I am looking for the William C. Gibbins that resided in the Sharp Co. Ar. in the mid 1800's. He is buried near Center Ar. He was born abt 1824 and died before 1880. He was married to a Nancy E. (last name unknown) and had 5 boys and 3 girls. Nancy was born 28 Dec 1825 and died 28 Feb 1897. Both are buried on the farm where they lived. I have not been able to trace them to any other places nor their ancestors. I cannot even make connections to other Gibbins in the state of Arkansas. Family lore has that they came from Indiana to Arkansas. But I am not totally sure this is correct.
I realize this is a reach to your query but am always hopefull. Any hints would be appreciated.
