I'm interested in learning more about my family tree but unfortunatley I have hit a wall pretty much immediatley.
My father (BARRY JAMES GEOFFREY GIBBINS b1928) was born "out of wedlock" (Mothers name was CYNTHIA).
All that is known of his father is the name (JAMES GIBBINS) and that he lived in the Greater London/Kent area, was a keen golfer and a business man. I'd estimate that he was probably born around 1900 (give or take 10 years).
Can anyone help?
