My grandfather John Robert Gibbens was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on JAnuary 12, 1909. He graduated from Rose Polytechnic Institute (now Rose-Hulman) and married Ivaberta Harris from Brazill, Indiana. Their children are Frances Bert Gibbens (1934-1983) and John Curtis Gibbens (1940 - present). I have no informationon his parents. My mom and my uncle were under the impression that he had a twin sister, but my great aunt thinks he may have been an only child.
