I am very certain the Frank you are talking about was my Grandfather. He died in 1963.
He always went by Frank, his full name was Francis John Gibbens. He is buried in Evergreen Cemetery here in New Philadelphia.
He married Martha Lucretia Hyde [ I'll get all dates and things together for you.].
His son {my Father} was Francis Dale Gibbens.
I have all of Franks sisters and brothers listed in my Family tree.
