I am a descendant of Sarah Gibbons m. Elias Chapman Frederick Co., VA. Sarah dau. of Jacob (James father & mother ? Sarah) Gibbons of Hampshire Co., VA. Jacob's sister Sarah was abducted and held by the Shawnee Indians, later returned with a Shawnee son, Abraham Gibbons. He eventually returned to his father's people in Ohio.
Would like to connect with more descendants of Jacob. Also the Lister family (Sarah's second husband).
