I don't know that I am. I was in contact with another researcher that said David GIBBENS father was Andrew GIBBENS from Williams Co, OH according to family records. My great grandfather was Andrew Jackson GIBBENS, born in Bronson, Branch Co, MI and moved to Williams Co, OH.
He was in Williams Co, OH in 1872 and again in 1879 but I don't know where he was in between. I think his family were Quakers. I don't know if he was or not.
The researcher (who was descended from Minnie and David) said Minnie was an Indian or Native American which is more PC today. I'll have to look to make sure which kind.
