I think James and Lydia are the parents of Frederick GIBBENS/GIBBONS. Fred was born in Harrison Co, OH. James and Lydia were from Chester Co, PA. James' father was Col. William GIBBONS. They were married in 1806 in PA. Fred was born in 1808 in OH. They might have two other sons, Joseph Garrett GIBBONS, and William Ashbridge GIBBONS. I found them on Rootsweb listed as being both born 25 May 1809.
I have not been able to find James and Lydia in PA or in OH or anywhere else after their marriage.
