I found another Mose Gerrish (1820-1893).Born: Boscawen, Hillsboro County, New Hampshire. He was a inventor in 1859 - Twenty years before Thomas Edision. He invented the first incandescent Electric Lamp with a platinum filment using a wet-cell battery for power, but it became to expensive to produce. Also be invented the first Electric Fire alarm Sytstem (1851) a system of multiplex telegraphy after attending Dartsmouth College. He was also an Electrican at the U.S.Torpedo Station in Newport, Rhode Island from 1872-1881.
