Hi. I'm a Gerrells by marriage and was just wondering if there were any others out there. We have a small immediate family and the ony thing we know about our lineage is that my husband's grandfather Travis Gerrells was adopted by the Gerrells in Texas when he was about two years old. We know his parents names and that's about it.

Are ALL Gerrells and Jerrells in America from that one immigration? We don't know and Gerrells, but we do know a Jarrells at our church. Could we be distant relatives?

I've just become interested in my husbands lineage because we have a newborn son and I just think it would be interesting to have a history he can learn from. Thank you for any infromation you may have.
