Monzingen 1838 Info

I have recieved a copy of my g-g-grandfather's 1838 civil birth record from the sandesamt in Bad Sobernheim. It gives an address of his parents as:

"wohnhaft zu Monzingen in der Dorf Straße, im Hause Nr. 118"

I am unable to find a street of that name in the present-day Monzingen and wonder if Dorf Straße may be just a generic name for "main street" or "village street". I do find a DorfStraße in the villages of Horbach and Heinzenberg about 6 - 8 km to the west of Monzingen.

Any help in locating that address will be appreciated.

Regards,
