Chandra, you're going to have to be more specific if anybody here is to be able to assist you."Looking for information on" is much too vague.People who post queries "looking for information on" or looking for "any information" seldom get replies.What is it very specifically that you want to know about these people?
I will mention a couple of things now, however:
There is no such place anywhere in the world as a "Purssia".Just like the U.S., Germany, too, has always been made up of STATES.This family was from the very well-known German state of PRUSSIA.I would assume at least that you would be familiar with Prussia.
Also, as was often the case with immigrants, the surname underwent a change in Canada.You would of course not find any surname in Germany written "Boinofski".The original spelling of this family's surname would have been BOJANOWSKI.
