I have found another location for Palm's. I don't know if it is the right place to look yet. I found a Friedrich C. Palm born 9 Nov 1815 Garlitz, Havelland, Brandenburg, Germany. What does Havelland mean? I wonder if I am tracing the right Garlitz location???????
