1900 US Census
Hayes, Crawford County, Iowa

Weisenborn, Charles, Head, born June 1876, aged 33, married, 9 years, born Germany, parents b. same, immigrated 1895, alien, farm laborer
Weisenborn, Eliza, Wife, born September 1876, aged 33, married, 9 years, 3 children born/living, b. Germany, parents b. same, immigrated 1895
Weisenborn, Louis, Son, born November 1893, aged 6, born Germany
Weisenborn, Charles H., Son, born November 1895, aged 4, born Iowa
Weisenborn, Frederic W., Son, born June 1898, aged 1, born Iowa

Eliza (Elise) and Ludwig (Louis) arrived aboard the Muenchen into Baltimore on 19 February 1896, aged 29 and 2 respectively. They were bound for Westside. Last of Cohensiche (or Lohensiche?), Hessen Cassel. Charles (Karl) must have come ahead on his own. I do find a Carl Weisenborn arriving on 1 March 1895 aboard the Stuttgart into Baltimore, aged 28, a farmer, bound for Westside(?), PA. Last of Borken(?), Hessen Cassel.
