Peterswalde, Germany

My GGF states on his passport application he was born in Peterswalde, Germany and lived there until 1889 when he came to the States. In the US he went by the name Herman Phillips. When he went back to Germany in 1922 his letters to my grandmother he uses the name Herman Feibusch. He was born 5/23/1869. He had 9 siblings, Henriette, Leopold and Freiderike Loewenstein nee Feibusch are all I know. His fathers name was Jacob and states he was deceased in 1895 when he received his naturalization papers. I don't speak or read German. I am trying to find any records relating to my family. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
