First:
Is this your family?:

Do they have a additional son 1875 (may be he died until Census 1880)

If yes, than the birthname of Augusta was Stubenrauch (a German surname) and interesting, her father was born in France and her mother in Germany (look Census).
Also interesting: There lived an old man at their household, who was from France but also had a typical German surname.
Mendro is no German surname. I could not found anything about this name. It could be Mendrow (more Polish, Russia), Mender, or more stranger Mander, Mentzel, Mendel, Mandry, Mindrup ... it's not to find.
A son of the family above Joseph named later Mendrow.
The next problem: Hannover is now only a town in Germany, but it was also a county earlier. Its impossible to search in all churches there if you don't know the real name.
Did they marry in USA? Than try to get the marriage-certificate. You also can try to get all birthcertificates of every child. Sometimes pastors wrote some informations like birthplace of parents.
Which you good luck
Susanne
