Hello Kerry,
so I will give you some more informations.
Ostheim is a little village and since 1971 it is part of Butzbach. Be carefull if you search for the name Ostheim - there are 5 or 6 in Germany ;-)
The right one is this one:
(sorry, text only in German)
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ostheim_%28Butzbach%29http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ostheim_%28Butzbach%29
Part of Butzbach:

Here you can have a look on the village:

Use Google-translate for this link:
http://geschichtsverein.butzbach.de/ostheim.htmhttp://geschichtsverein.butzbach.de/ostheim.htm
and you get some historical informations about Ostheim.
I had a look about the catalogs of LDS and found some interesting things:
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/fhlcatalog/supermainframeset.asp?display=titledetails&titleno=1162380&disp=Familienbuch+Butzbach%20%20&columns=*,0,0http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/fhlcatalog/supermainframeset.asp?display=titledetails&titleno=1162380&disp=Familienbuch+Butzbach%20%20&columns=*,0,0
This is a familybook about Butzbach - but in German language. Its from the evangelic church in Butzbach, so I think your family will be in it.
If you want copies of birth- and marriage-certificates, order the microfilms of LDS / Familysearch:
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/fhlcatalog/supermainframeset.asp?display=titlefilmnotes&columns=*%2C180%2C0&titleno=76743&disp=Kirchenbuchduplikathttp://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/fhlcatalog/supermainframeset.asp?display=titlefilmnotes&columns=*%2C180%2C0&titleno=76743&disp=Kirchenbuchduplikat
Taufen = christning
Heirat = marriage
Tote = burials
How to order films:
https://www.familysearch.org/films/
(you need a camera to take fotos from the films)
If you want copies from the churchbooks you have to contact the archiv in Darmstadt:
Hessisches Staatsarchiv Darmstadt, Karolinenplatz 3, D-64289 Darmstadt
Telefon: +49 (0) 6151 16 59 00
Telefax: +49 (0) 6151 16 59 01

They have the churchbooks of Ostheim 1808 - 1875
--------------------------------
The name "Baker" at Conrad Heinrich Klotz is a american special way to write names. I often see that american genealogists call a person "christian name / mothers birthname / fathers name". First I wonder about that, but it is helpful.
German children often got 2 or 3 names, and it often happens that same names are used.
example:
1. son
Heinrich Wilhelm Friedrich
2. son
Friedrich Karl Heinrich
3. son
Wilhelm Christian
4. son
Heinrich Christian Friedrich
It also happen, if one son died as a child, the next born son got the same name.
And it looks like that all names can be used as individual names.
1. son is called at home "Heinrich" .. at work maybe "Wilhelm / Willi" cause there are two other Heinrichs, and later in live "Friedrich / Fritz". If he died as an old man, called "Fritz" and a grandson had to register the death at the church it maybe he don't know the other names also not how old his grandpa was and definitly not where he was born. These are the death-certificates every familysearch "loves".
Have a good hunting
about your family
Susanne
