There was and is no Lepadipmalt or Zepadipmalt in Germany or former Prussia. And there is none in the Netherlands as far as I have found. Maybe it is misspelled harder than just one letter. The writer of the record did hear a place anywhere in Germany or Holland, without knowing that place and from a person that might have spoken an accent. "Lepadipmalt" does not sound like a German village or town. I tried things like "Leeper Dijpmalt" etc. but wasn't able to find anything in that direction.
