Ok, hope to help you.
In German-Ancestry I found in "Hamburger Passagierlisten" three times "Dorothea Jensen", maybe its always the same person.
1. D.J., born ca 1873, 16 years old, travelstart from Hamburg to New York, 17. Nov 1889, traveling with "Gertrud Jensen, 20 years", home place is "Kauslunde, Danmark".
2. D.J., born ca 1873, 18 years old, travelstart from Hamburg to New York, 29. Mai 1891, couldn't see original certificate so cannot say if she was traveling alone, home place is "Sjorslev, Danmark".
3. D.J., born ca 1874, 18 years old, travelstart from Hamburg to New York, 8. Jul 1892, traveling alone, home place is "Höge, Schleswig".
There is no "Höge" in Schleswig, but a village named "Högel".
Only German, sorry:

Church of this village is at Bredstedt.

(Use Google-Translater)
Familysearch has records on microfilm for Bredstedt:

With a bag of luck .. you will find your Dorothea there.
Otherwise, try the Danish villages above.
Wish you luck
Susanne
