Lütetsburg [Umlaut u] is a place in east frisia (Ostfriesland), northwest germany.

In those days it belonged to the Kingdom of Hannover and since 1866 again as a part of the prussian province of Hannover.
postal code D-26506 Lütetsburg, near the greater town of Norden, today a part of the german state of NIEDESACHSEN

All your persons have typical frisian names [ e.g. Wibka = Wiebke = little wife; Antge = Antje = little Anna; etc.]. They could be born in the province of Hannover, n o t in the town of Hannover. The place may be surrounding Lütetsburg, e.g. as the place HAGE.
