I found William E. Gerkin's wife's grave this past week-end in the Elliott cemetery.
It says she was born Sept 28, 1873 and died April 19, 1899. Hers must be the latest grave in that cemetery. Wish I could read the others; most of the other stones are either gone or impossible to read.
In other cemeteries this past week-end I also saw some Talbots.
Wish I could connect these other Terrells' to my line.
This Elliott cemetery is out in the pastures with a bunch of steers. They were not very happy with my husband and I; they made all kinds of noises until we got out of there!
