Audrey,
Florence Bowe updated and greatly enlarged "The Gerking Family in America" in 1990. In addition to a great deal more information on the descendants of John and Rachel Rice Gerking's children, an additional child had been found, bringing the total number of children to 12. The book sold out nearly as soon as it was printed. Due to the many requests we've received for it, the Gerking Family Reunion Group in Oregon, which sponsored both of the books compiled by Mrs. Bowe, is undertaking a reprinting of the 1990 book.
