We just place my beloved mother in a nursing home and the only one of her beautiful things she took with her was a portrait of a young Georgia girl who was in her family in the early 1800's, maybe earlier. Story goes that she was killed at 18 years old in a carriage accident. Her family was from Atlanta and the window over the Episcopal Cathedral in Atlanta is dedicated to her. Her name was Sally Walker Solomon. If ANYONE had ANY information on this family, please contact me.I would love to know her history as our family matriarch, even in death, we would love to know more about the beautiful young girl. Please contact me.
