Hi Glenda,
You are a God send. Thank you so much for all your help. I know its tough without the information that you are requesting. I have been searching for him for the longest time and my mom has just now begun to tell me anything about him. So I am working on the little knowledge that I do have. The only other name that I have is his daughter by a previous marriage, Lillie Bell Broadnax, and she was last known to live in Stone Mtn, GA. I will continue to ask my mom for more details, but not sure how much more I can get from her.
Do you mind if I ask how you were able to find out all this information. I am interested in genealogy, but I don't know how to go about it. Do you know how I could go about getting my father's birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate and divorce certificate (from where he and my mom were married and divorced.) Everywhere I contact says they cannot give out info due to the FOIA.
