I have the same Henry George. This George
family was armigerous ie they got the family
crest. If we could find out what year and
who was awarded the family crest then we
could trace henry back further. I have
spent years on this family and can't take
it back further. However, I do have some
research from their relatives that say they
were descendants of the Welsh Royal Family.
A researcher in Reading, England believes they are related to the Gorges who are also
descendant of the WRF. The Gorges used the
last name of George and Gorges interchangeably.

Finding out the crest info is a good lead.
