I cannot help with the Reuben George that married Mildred Rogers but Ido know that they are not parents of Reuben George who was born 1749 in Caroline Co., Va and joined up to fight in the Rev. War in Culpepper Co. This Reuben George who recieved a pension while living in now Pendelton County, West Virginia, was my grandfather and he married Elsey Frazy/Frazee, a Tuckahoe Indian of the Turkey Clan of Lanape Indians who were of the Souix tribe and lived in southern New Jersey. This tribe of Indians migrated to Agusta county Virginia and perhaps farther west and then back to New Jersey. We have been unable to find his parents although we doknow that he lived with relatives of Russian descent in New Jersey, perhaps on his mother's side. So,you can cross off Reuben George of WV fame. That is unless you are related through him. Hope this has been of some help to you.

Ellen Myers
