My ancestor James George's (who married Margaret Beattie both born in Scotland) father was William George born between 1801 and 1807 in Perthshire, Scotland. William George was married to Mary. I have no maiden name for Mary and would like one very much.
I know that William and Mary had three sons: James, Peter and William Jr. I know for sure that James my ancestor immigrated to Canada as well as his brother William Jr. They lived by and worked in Bruce Mines in Bruce county Ontario Canada.
I have been unable to locate (using ancestry.com) the parents of either William George Senior or his wife Mary. This info is so important to my family to find. Any help?
