1940 – Tributes to Yandells - Blitz on Bristol, 1940
I am looking for any information on the people listed below.
Florence Victoria Yandell, Civilian War Dead
Age: 52 (b. 1888) (widow of late Ernest George)
Mother and daughter were killed in the November 24, 1940 Blitz on Bristol. The mother took a month to die of her injuries as you can see. The poor little girl died in the bombing.
Do any of these names ring a bell to someone? Most of my tree is from Bristol.
Date of Death: December 19, 1940

Injured on November 24, 1940 and taken to Orthopaedic Hospital, Winford
