When you get into the 1930s it seems harder to find information. The last published U.S. Census was 1930. And yes I saw that the B.C. marriage records only went to 1931. A death certificate would list a wife if one existed. An obituary for either Herbert or Frank would be helpful, but you have to know in what county AND TOWN they died. A death certificate would tell you that. Although my George line is not the same as yours I pay attention to all George information I come across and will keep you in mind.
