Hope you are still out there.

James Wesley George and wife Sarah were my great-great-grandparents. I pretty well know every time he spit from 1850 until his death and know almost nothing about him before 1850 or his ancestors.
His father may have been Stephen George, born in Virginia. Whoever his father was, he died when James Wesley was fairly young, according to family stories, and his mother remarried to a "nice" many whose name is unknown.

I would love to know more about the Livingston family. I haven't looked at my George stuff for several years because I grew more and more frustrated. But, as I recall, they were in a burned county in Alamaba, where they married. Then they spent some time in Monroe County, Miss., and then headed for Texas, where they first settled in Robertson County.
