The information I have about Jesse George, is that after he left Stokes Co, NC he moved to Galla Co, Ohio between 1800-1804. Then from "History of Mason Co, WV" Jesse was the second person who settled in Hannan District at the mouth of Flatfoot Creek. It also mentions that he was a Revolution solder, but I have not been able to prove it. His will was registered in Gallia Co, Ohio "Abstracts of the Journal of Wills, Inventory and Sale Bills" and written 9 Feb 1815. So with your Jesse moving to Henry Co. GA they are probably 2 different Jesse George's. There is some question about my Jesse being married to Sarah Simmons. Some think it is Sarah and some think his wife might of been Mary (last name unknown). I still continue to work on Jesse and will let you know if anything new comes up.
