Thanks for the reply! I believe my Charles was the son of John N. George b. North Carolina, and wife Paulina. John's father was Joseph George b.1800. John N. George's family is in Hardin Co. Tenn. in 1850 census and then moved to Cooper Co.Missouri for 1860 census, and then to Sharp County Arkansas for 1870 Census. John N. George died in 1888. Charles Monroe George moved west to Pike County Arkansas and is there for 1900 & 1910 Census. Do you know anything about this family. Are they related to your group?
