Is there any George family anywhere that has the surnames George, Warnstaff or Hiller? I know that after my Gr. Gr. grandfather, Daniel George and my Gr. Gr. grandmother, Mary Abigail Martin were divorced in the late 1800's, Daniel married Maria or Mary Warnstaff Hiller in Brighton, IA. She was divorced from her husband. Daniel and Mary had a son named Thomas who was born sometime in the 1880's. I am not sure where. I have all of the information on my George family except where Daniel died, when he died and where he is buried. My family and I have searched for many, many years and we would really like to know this information so that we can finalize this family line. Daniel and Mary Warnstaff were married in Brighton, IA. We would also like to know if Daniel had any other children besides Tom with Mary Warnstaff and are there any descendants of Tom or other siblings. Mary was also connected to the Coble line who Daniel's brother Peter George married into. This line ended up in KS. Daniel just disappeared after a visit with his son John Wesly George, my Gr. grandfather. That may have been in MO. We have a letter written by John to his mother Mary Abigail Martin indicating that "Pop" (Daniel) was in poor health. I need to know what happened to him to solve this family mystery. Daniel also had a couple of sisters, Charlotte and Susan who ended up in Santa Ana, CA where they both died late in life. I wonder, why did they go to CA? I will be eternally greatful to anyone who can solve this mystery for us. Thank you, Sharon L. Francone
