.

Greetings, Eleanore:

I recently came across your posts regarding Mary Elizabeth George [Baker], and husband, Alanson Baker.
A family friend (appears?) to descend from this same Baker line; therefore, I am interested in learning more about the ancestry of this family.

Would you know more of the family history of Mary & Alanson Baker,
and their ancestors? I look forward to hearing from you...!

F.Y.I.,
SEE: I am attaching (directly below) information from the 1880 Iowa census.
I hope this is of help to you...

Peace & blessings,
CPM

"I am searching for information on Alexander George and Ruth Rich who were born in either N.C.or Ga. Census records vary on where they were born. They were the parents of my gggrandmother who was born in Tenn on Dec. 25, 1846. and died Aug 21,1926 in Iowa. The story is that Alexander's father had 100 slaves, one for each year of his life. Hope someone can help. The story also is that the George was from the line of Windsor in England, but can't go back farther that this. "
