GEORGE & DAWSON families 1750-1840 VA-KY-MO

The records of Overwharton Parish (i.e. Stafford co. VA, adjoining Fauquier co.) show that Christopher DAWSON (the elder) married Jane GEORGE 16 Feb. 1750.
Their presumed son, Christopher DAWSON (the younger, b. 1759/60 in Stafford co., d. 1846) names in his Revolutionary War pension application filed 1840 in Clark co. KY a "niece" Lydia Ann GEORGE.
Christopher (the younger) DAWSON's sons, George (1799-1882) and Benjamin (1802-1847) moved 1n 1828 from Clark co. KY to Callaway co. MO.
Can anyone identify these GEORGE families and connect to this DAWSON family in VA-KY-MO?
