I am the daughter of Irvin C George b 1918 d 1976 m Beatrice Walter b 1928 d 1997 I am the oldest of seven children.
Irvin's father was William George b1887 d 1961 m Martha Nokes b 1898 d 1967 My father had two brothers Henry and Clinton and a sister Helen b 1917 d <1990> All born and died in Michigan
William' father was Irvin George b 1844 Jefferson County, Theresa, New York. d <1918> in Michigan m <1867> Josephina Herrick b1846 in New York. They had 12 children the ones I have been able to identify are:
Hobart N b 1868, Ellen b 1870,Evalyn b 1973, Lincolin b? d 1918, Lena b 1812, Louis b 1885, William b 1887.
I remember tales that William had a brother that went to Texas when he was about 14 and never heard from again.
Irvin' father was E.W. George born in NH <1810> m Hanna ?
Can anyone help me find more???
