It might be the case that your Nancy Rebecca George was the sister of James George who moved through Illinois to Missouri in the middle 1800s. One of his daughters, born in 1844, was named Nancy Rebecca George, perhaps for his sister. So far as I know, James George's first wife was a Mary Irwin and his second wife's name was Christy/Christie, another coincidence.
I have James as born in PA in 1809 and in Missouri as of the 1860 census but I don't have anything on him or his family earlier than that.
