I have the following George's in Gonzales Co., TX in 1860.
F. George MS 45
Danny? VA 33
Samuel? TX 24
James 16 TX
William 15 TX
Freeman 10 TX
Joseph 8 TX
David 5 TX
John D. 3 TX
Duncan 2 TX
Jasper Dalley 12 TX
A Sargent 22 TX

I believe that the F. stands for Franklin, but not sure.
I am actually trying to find out more about Jasper Dalley and am hoping to find him living with them in 1850 but have been unable to find them in the 1850 census.
