I am looking for descendants of Richard GEORGE (1826 - 1910) and Harriet Bowen (1833 - 1912). Both were born in Shropshire.
They had ten children, also born in Shropshire.
By the mid 1880's they had moved to Staffordshire with most of their children, although one daughter did end up in Wakefield,Yorkshire.
Some of the family settled in neighbouring Birmingham, where some of their descendants remain to this day.
It is possible that some descendants emigrated to Australia according to my Dad,but I have no idea who or where.
