In reference to your inquiry concerning the Geroge family. I am the GGGgrandson of Number 11 Enoch Ben George whose father was John Christian Geroge The family moved to Florida from Alabama they were not in Florida very long appearing on the census in Walton County in 1850, Then the entire family except Moses A George Sr.my GGgrandfather moved to Texas. He was the second post master of Three Sisters, Texas in Blanco County and lived on the Little Blanco river. He served on the school board of Fischers Store, Comal County, Texas and was also caretaker of the Fischers Store Cemetery He died in Blanco, Blanco County, Texas on July 08, 1861, his wifw Cinthia Autrey died July 19, 1877.
